LOVE SPELL PACKAGES
Month-of Coordination
Day-of Coordination
This package includes ​​coordination of the ceremony, reception, and vendors on the day of; setup and teardown of ceremony and reception spaces; organization of gifts; troubleshooting issues day of; and anything else the couple may need on the day. Also included are unlimited communication and up to three meetings prior to the event. This service typically starts 30 days prior to the event date.

ADDITIONAL WEDDING SERVICES
This package typically begins 5-6 months prior to the event date. It includes everything in the Love Spell Packages as well as scheduling meetings with vendors leading up to the event, event styling and design assistance, assistance with DIY decor (if wanted), collection of event RSVPs, communication with vendors on behalf of the couple, assistance with creating timelines, and anything else the couple might need. Unlimited communication and up to 8 meetings prior to the event are included.

This package includes everything from the "Day-of Coordination" package, but service begins 60 days prior to the wedding date. Also included are coordination and presence at the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, assistance with finalizing RSVPs, communication and organization with vendors 60 days prior, and anything else the couple might need. This service includes unlimited communication and up to five meetings prior to the event date.
Micro-Wedding Package

Micro-weddings are becoming increasingly more popular for various reasons - more intimate and safer gatherings, more intentional details, and smaller budgets to name a few. This package covers all the planning, logistics, and design for a micro-wedding (40 guests or less) from helping choose vendors, to tracking RSVPs, to designing and sourcing centerpieces. Included in this package are unlimited meetings and communication, and it covers the entire time from when you book us until the event day.
Construction/Deconstruction
This package includes setup and teardown of your event (ceremony and reception) as well as acting as point of contact for vendor deliveries on the day of. Up to 6 hours before your events and 2 hours after + one in-person meeting to discuss needs and unlimited communication the month before your event. This cost is variable based on the size and scope of your wedding decor.
